Carla’s focus as a physiotherapist is to help people feel confident in moving their bodies and achieving their goals. She completed her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Toronto in 2016. For her undergraduate studies she attained her Honours Specialization in Kinesiology at Western University where she worked as an athletic trainer with the women’s lacrosse team.
Carla has dedicated much of her time to furthering her education and completed her advanced manual therapy exams in 2022, becoming a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy.
She also has a passion for women’s health and has completed pelvic physiotherapy courses to better help women struggling with conditions such as incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic pain.
Carla enjoys working with anyone who is interested in learning more about their body and unlocking their movement potential.

Xsenia takes a functional approach to care with hands-on therapy and movement based
treatment being the primary focus.
Xsenia incorporates Neurokinetic Therapy® among other functional assessment tools in order to best identify the root of the problem. Through a series of resequencing poor motor patterns, paired with exercise prescription, she is able to formulate a client specific treatment plan to most effectively help her clients meet their goals.
Xsenia is a graduate of the University of Manitoba – Bachelors of Medical Rehabilitation Physiotherapy and is committed to continuing education to keep up to date with the latest assessment and treatment techniques in order to provide the best quality of care for her clients.
She has experience treating multiple orthopaedic conditions, sports related injuries, pre & post-operative conditions, and neurological disorders. Having treated people of all ages and walks of life, she enjoys working with athletes, and in particular, loves working with weightlifters.
Outside of work, Xsenia is passionate about powerlifting and has recently become certified in Pre-Script Level 1+2 - a comprehensive coaching course that incorporates the fundamentals of
Mobility-Stability-Strength™ to optimize movement and prevent future injuries. Xsenia is also an avid soccer player, and has been playing for over 20 years. She loves to travel, cycle and enjoys all outdoor activities.

From an early age, Dr. Gatto has always been involved in the local sporting scene in his hometown of Guelph, ON. From hockey, to basketball, to baseball, and every sport in between, exercise and performance has always been an important part of his life. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology degree with Honours Distinction at the University of Western Ontario (UWO) while playing on the Western Mustangs Varsity Baseball Team. Immediately following his graduation from the program at Western, Dr.Gatto began his four-year Doctor of Chiropractic program at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto. In June 2019, Dr. Gatto graduated from the high competitive program at CMCC with Cum Laude Honours and began his practice in Guelph.
In addition to his degrees from UWO and CMCC, Dr. Gatto places importance on continuing his education and finding different avenues of growth for the betterment of his patients. Dr. Gatto understands maintaining a spot on the leading edge of sport performance and therapy requires many different tools. As a result, Dr. Gatto continues to seek out courses, seminars, mentors, and opportunities to help him maintain a leading edge approach.
While in practice, Dr. Gatto maintains community involvement as well as fulfilling other interests in a variety of ways. He has recently been named Team Doctor and Performance Coach for the Guelph Gryphons AAA Bantam hockey team and continues to engage in sport related research surrounding adolescent performance and development. Dr. Gatto is concurrently a Strength and Conditioning coach at Pursuit Athletic Centre where he has helped develop and train athletes including professional National Hockey League (NHL) players, amateur athletes, as well as general population clients.
